“金都1号”火龙果在桂南地区规模化栽培技术

摘　　要：火龙果一年能多次开花结果,市场销量大,发展迅速,但是在广西南部地区存在冬春季雨水多、冻害严重和夏秋季多雨、炎热等问题,制约了火龙果规模化种植以及产量和品质。为此,2018—2021年在南宁市武鸣区开展“金都1号”火龙果规模化栽培技术试验示范。建A形种植架以便于火龙果枝条、花果管理,实施各项措施确保达到冬春季避雨防寒、害、夏秋季喷雾防酷热、雨季授粉避雨等效果,采取科学的方法规范防治病虫害。四年年平均产量约4000 kg/667 m^(2),总产量约528万千克,总产值约2380万元,总利润约920万元,经济效益良好。实践证明“金都1号”火龙果规模化栽培技术适合在桂南地区推广。文章从“金都1号”火龙果种植气温条件、建园到管理,详细分析阐述“金都1号”火龙果规模化栽培的关键技术,为火龙果规模化栽培提供科学参考。Pitaya can bloom and bear fruit many times a year,with large market sales and rapid development.However,in south area of Guangxi,some issues are existing such as heavy rain and severe freezing injury in winter and spring,rainy and hot in summer and autumn,which restrict the large-scale planting,yield and quality of pitaya.Therefore,from 2018 to 2021,the experimental demonstration of large-scale cultivation technology of“Jindu No.1”pitaya was carried out in Wuming District of Nanning City.The A-shaped frames were built to facilitate the management of the branches,flowers and fruits of pitaya.Various measures were implemented to protect that the pitaya from the damage in rain and cold in winter and spring,extreme heat in summer and autumn by spray,harm in pollination during raing season and so on.Scientific methods were adopted to standard the ways for the protection from the plant diseases and insect pests.The average annual yield is about 4000 kg/667 m^(2) during the four years,the total output is about 5.28 million kg,the total output value is about 23.8 million yuan,and the total profit is about 9.2 million yuan,which deliver fine economic benefits.Practice has proved that the large-scale cultivation technology of“Jindu No.1”pitaya is suitable for promotion in south area of Guangxi.In this paper,the key technologies of large-scale cultivation of“Jindu No.1”pitaya were analyzed in detail from the planting temperature conditions,garden construction and management of“Jindu No.1”pitaya,so as to provide scientific reference for large-scale cultivation of pitaya.
