摘 要:随着电力市场改革不断深入,燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组“以热定电”或调频运行方式会对机组运营经济性产生不同的影响,为此根据联合循环供热机组的稳态性能,建立其运营燃料成本及影响因子模型。以某M701F4机组60 t/h供热运行为例,在机组运营经济性的定量影响因子基础上,以日运营收入最大为目标,针对联合循环供热机组不同运行方式,建立联合循环供热机组经济运营的最优模型,获得机组经济运行策略。研究结果表明:当调频方式运行的总电量W_(e,2)与“以热定电”方式运行的总电量W_(e,1)相同时,一是调频负荷波动会增加燃料成本,但在调频市场申报价格范围内申报并中标后可促进正收益,二是若调频负荷波动越接近“以热定电”的350 MW,则燃料成本增加越少;当W_(e,2)>W_(e,1)时,调频运行可促进正收益;当W_(e,2)<W_(e,1)时,可由售电、供热及调频辅助服务收入与燃料成本确定调频运行的临界负荷,在负荷350 MW、供热流量60 t/h情形,所研案例的临界负荷为317 MW;天然气价格和发电负荷一定时,现货平衡电价随调频结算价格每增加8元/MW而下降约0.01元/kWh。所研内容可为机组供热选择最优运行方式提供参考。With continuous reform of power market,the cogeneration of power and heating units based on gas turbine combined cycle(GTCC) may operate in the mode of power following heating load and frequency regulation,which exerts different effects on the unit economy.According to the steady performance of GTCC cogeneration units,the analysis models for operating fuel costs and the impact factors were established.On the basis of the quantitative impact factors on operation economy in the case of a M701F4 GTCC cogeneration unit at the rated heating load of 60 t/h,an optimization model for the economic operation of the cogeneration units was set up using the maximum daily operating income as the optimization target and the economic operation strategy was concluded under various operating modes.The study results indicate the fluctuation in the frequency modulation load increases the fuel cost when the bidding total power load by frequency modulation(W_(e,2)) is less than that determined by power following thermal load(W_(e,1)).However,the bidding within the declared price range of the frequency modulation market can promote positive returns after winning the bid.The fuel cost increases less if S_(e,f) is closer to 350 MW determined by the rated thermal load.The operating mode using frequency regulation improves the positive income when W_(e,2)W_(e,1).While as W_(e,2)W_(e,1),a critical power load for frequency modulation can be determined according to the sales of electric power and heating,the benefit from frequency modulation auxiliary service and the fuel cost.The critical power load is found to be 315 MW in the research case.When the natural gas price and power load are fixed,the spot balance electricity price decreases by about 0.01 Yuan/kWh with every 8 Yuan/MW increase in frequency regulation settlement price.This research provides a practical reference for the optimal operation mode of GTCC cogeneration units.
