摘  要:为解决现有基于电磁感应的无源气流传感器因磁性薄膜磁性低而导致测量信号微弱、不易被采集的问题,本研究通过钛酸酯-硬脂酸复合偶联剂对钕铁硼磁粉进行表面改性,将磁粉改性为疏水性,减少磁粉在薄膜中的团聚现象,进而增大磁性薄膜的磁性及线圈切割磁感线的感应电动势强度,最终提升传感器的信号检测性能。实验结果显示,本研究制备的传感器在气流速度为1.8 m/s时能产生14.84 mV的感应电动势,较其他方法提高了两个数量级以上。该传感器不仅能有效减少在呼吸信号采集和传输过程中的信号失真,且可以稳定、准确地实时监测人体呼吸流量和频率,可为进一步开发高效灵敏和便携节能的呼吸气流检测系统提供研究基础,具有良好的应用前景。In order to solve the problem that the existing passive air flow sensor based on electromagnetic induction has weak measurement signal and is not easy to be collected due to the low magnetism of the magnetic film.We modified the surface of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B magnetic powder through titanate-stearic acid compound coupling agent.The magnetic powder was modified to be hydrophobic to reduce the agglomeration phenomenon of magnetic powder in the film,increase the magnetic film and the induction electromotive force strength of the coil cutting magnetic induction line,ultimately improving the signal detection performance of the sensor.The experimental results showed that the sensor could produce 14.84 mV induced EMF at the velocity of 1.8 m/s,which was more than two orders of magnitude higher than the other methods.The sensor can not only reduce signal distortion in respiratory signal collection and transmission,but also monitor respiratory flow and frequency steadily and accurately in real time,which can provide a research foundation for the further development of high-efficiency sensitive and portable energy-saving respiratory flow detection system and has good application prospects.
