二陈桑贝止咳平喘方辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰邪蕴肺证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二陈桑贝止咳平喘方辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰邪蕴肺证的临床疗效。方法:收集2021年6月—2021年12月就诊于新疆医科大学附属中医医院儿科门诊咳嗽变异性哮喘痰邪蕴肺证的患儿共64例,采用随机信封法分为试验组、对照组,每组32例。试验组采用二陈桑贝止咳平喘方口服和孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片嚼服联合用药,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片嚼服。记录并观察首诊和第4周治疗后CDS评分、中医证候及症状积分和肺功能变化。结果:试验组临床总有效率96.7%(29/30)高于对照组86.7%(26/30)(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组CDS评分、中医证候积分及肺功能(FEV1%、PEF%)均有改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善更显著(P<0.01);其中咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒不适及睡眠症状积分试验组优于对照组(P<0.01),胸闷气促、饮食症状积分比较两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:二陈桑贝止咳平喘方辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰邪蕴肺证有效,无严重不良反应,值得进一步研究及推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Pingchuan Formula(ESZPF)as adjuvant treatment on children s cough variant asthma with phlegm pathogen accumulation in the lung.Methods:A total of 64 children having cough variant asthma with phlegm pathogen accumulation in the lung were recruited from the Pediatric Outpatient of Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random envelope method,with 32 cases in each group.The experimental group was orally given ESZPF combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets only.The changes of CDS score,TCM syndrome and symptom score,and pulmonary function were recorded at the patients first visits and after the fourth week of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%(29/30),which is higher than that of the control group(86.7%,26/30,P<0.05).CDS score and TCM syndrome score and pulmonary function of the two groups were improved after the treatment(P<0.05),compared with those before the treatment,and the improvement was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.01).Furthermore,the scores of cough,phlegm,throat itching and discomfort and sleep symptoms in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the scores of chest tightness and shortness of breath and diet symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ESZPF is effective as adjuvant treatment on children s cough variant asthma with phlegm pathogen accumulation in the lung.There is no serious adverse reactions,and the treatment is worthy of further research and application.
