正阳种子丹治疗肾阳亏虚型弱精症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析正阳种子丹与生精片治疗肾阳虚型弱精症患者的临床效果,并对正阳种子丹可能的作用机制进行分析。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月潍坊市中医院全国名老中医药专家张奇文传承工作室收治的60例弱精症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用生精片治疗,观察组采用潍坊市中医院自制正阳种子丹治疗。比较两组治疗效果与不良反应,以及治疗前后精液检查结果、中医证候积分、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)、精浆氧化应激指标等。结果:观察组的弱精症治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的症状治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的精液量、精子密度、精子前向运动(PR)百分比高于对照组,精子畸形率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的DFI及中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的精浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、α-葡糖苷酶(glucosidase)高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗期间无不良反应。结论:正阳种子丹相较于生精片对肾阳虚型弱精症患者的治疗效果更好,可显著缓解患者临床症状并改善精液质量,有效降低精子碎片率,其作用机制可能与抗氧化应激损伤有关。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of Zhengyang Seed Pill and spermogenic tablets in treating patients with weak spermatozoa syndrome due to deficiency of kidney yang,and to analyze the possible action mechanism of Zhengyang Seed Pill.Methods:60 weak sperm syndrome patients treated in Inheritance Work Space of Zhang Qiwen,a nationally famous expert in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Weifang,China,from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as this research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group through a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with spermogenic tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zhengyang Seed Pill made by Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups,as well as their semen examination results,TCM symptom score,sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI),and seminal plasma oxidative stress index before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment for weak sperm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of symptom treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the semen volume,sperm density,and sperm forward motion(PR)percentage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the sperm malformation rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The DFI and TCM evidence score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The seminal plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD)andα-glucosidase(α-Glu)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse effects during the treatment in the observation and control groups.Conclusion:Compared with spermogenic tablets,Zhengyang Seed Pill is
