摘 要:可变剪接在真核生物中普遍存在,是生物体产生多种蛋白质的一个重要机制。大量证据表明,可变剪接的复杂性与植物的发育、进化、适应性有关。可变剪接的相关研究为培育优质的作物品种提供了理论依据。文章主要综述了可变剪接的类型、研究方法以及糖料作物关于可变剪接的最新研究进展,并结合当前的研究形势对未来可变剪接的研究方向提出建议。研究发现,甘蔗、甜菜、甜叶菊糖料作物的可变剪接研究几乎都处于尝试阶段,今后在分子机制、规律、功能等方面还有大量的未知信息有待研究,可变剪接的研究可为提高糖料作物抗逆性、环境适应性、产糖量等方面提供帮助。Alternative splicing is common in eukaryotes and is an important mechanism for organisms to produce a variety of proteins.A lot of evidence shows that the complexity of alternative splicing is related to the development,evolution and adaptability of plants.The relevant research on alternative splicing provides a theoretical basis for breeding high-quality crop varieties.This study mainly summarized the types and research methods of alternative splicing,as well as the research progress in sugar crops,and suggested the research direction of alternative splicing in the future according to the current research.It was found that the study of alternative splicing in sugarcane,sugar beet,stevia and other sugar crops had been almost in the trial stage,and there was still a lot of unknown information to be studied in future such as molecular mechanism,pattern,function and so on.The study of alternative splicing could help improve the stress tolerance,environmental adaptability and sugar yield of sugar crops.
