摘  要:在来自我国甘肃地区的带有典型软腐症状且有醋类发酵气味的甜菜病样中分离得到10株细菌菌株。为了探究引起该病状的病原菌种类,对分离得到的细菌进行了形态学和分子系统发生学鉴定。该类细菌在MRS培养基上呈圆形,乳白色,且表面湿润光滑。在光学显微镜下,该细菌菌体为球形,直径约为1μm,且常常成对存在。基于形态学特征和16S rRNA序列进化树分析,将该类分离得到的细菌鉴定为肠系膜明串珠菌(Leuconostoc mesenteroides),并依据科赫氏法则验证了肠系膜明串珠菌为该甜菜细菌性根腐病害的病原菌。Ten bacterial strains were isolated from sugar beets with typical soft rot symptoms and the vinegar-like fermented smell from Gansu province,China.In order to explore the causal agentof the disease,the isolated bacteria were identified by morphology and molecular phylogenetics.The colony of the isolated strains on MRS medium were milky white with round ridges and smooth moist surface.The thallus was spherical with 1μm diameter and tended to exist in pairs under microscope.Based on morphological and 16S rRNA phylogenetic analysis,the isolated strains were identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides.The assay of Koch􀆳s postulates confirmed that L.mesenteroides was the right agent causing soft root rot symptoms in sugar beet.
