医学国际学生教育质量保障对策研究

摘　　要：随着中国综合国力的不断增强,越来越多的国际学生选择来中国留学。医学教育已逐渐成为我国国际学生教育的一个重要展示窗口,并从侧面反映了我国高等教育卓越的竞争力。来华国际学生的教育是一项具有挑战性的工作,尤其是医学国际学生教育质量的问题一直深受关注。目前我国对医学国际学生的教学与管理仍然存在问题。如何提升国际学生医学教育质量是众多顶尖大学想要探索的问题之一。文章以武汉大学医学部国际学生教育为例,介绍了武汉大学医学专业国际学生教育的基本概况,得出了五点医学国际学生教育质量保障对策:完善国际学生入学资质筛查;结合医学国际学生特点,提高教学质量;重视学术研究,提高国际学生学术竞争力;加强教育管理,提高国际学生素质;丰富教学手段,优化教学方法,以期对其他高校医学专业国际学生管理提供借鉴。With the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,more and more international medical students choose to study in China.Medical education has gradually become an important display window for the education of international students in China,and reflects the competitiveness of China's higher education from the side.The education of international students in China is a challenging task,especially the quality education for international medical students.At present,there are still problems in the teaching and management of international medical students in China.How to improve the quality of medical education for international students is one of the problems that many top universities want to explore.Taking the international student education of the medical department of Wuhan University School of Medicine as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of international student education for medical majors in Wuhan University,and draws five countermeasures for ensuring the quality of international medical student education:improving the screening of international students'admission qualifications;combining the characteristics of international medical students to improve teaching quality;emphasizing academic research and improving the academic competitiveness of international students;strengthen educational management and improve the quality of international students.enrich teaching methods and optimize teaching methods in order to resonate the management of international medical students in other universities.
