摘　　要：目的 研究子宫内膜异位症不孕采取腹腔镜结合内异消癥汤治疗产生的效果。方法 选择宣威市中医医院2020年1月-2022年1月接收的42例子宫内膜异位症不孕患者为研究对象,将其按照电脑盲选方式平分为两组,即对照组(采取腹腔镜结合基础治疗);观察组(在对照组基础上加入内异消癥汤治疗),并分析两种方式的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率明显更高,复发率明显更低,妊娠率明显更高,不良反应发生率明显更低,以上均为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体功能、社会功能、情绪角色和心理卫生评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清CA125水平明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜结合内异消癥汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕能够提高妊娠率,改善血清CA125水平,提高生活质量,治疗效果较佳,并且治疗安全性也较高,值得临床重视并采纳。Objective To study effect of laparoscopy combined with decoction eliminating symptoms of endometriosis on infertility caused by endometriosis.Methods The paepr chose 42 infertile patients with endometriosis admitted to Xuanwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 as research objects,and divided them into two groups randomly according to computer-blind selection method,namely control group(treated wtih laparoscopic combined with basic treatment),observation group(with decoction eliminating symptoms of endometriosis on the basis of control group).Difference in treatment effect between two methods was analyzed.Results Total effective rate of observation group after treatment was significantly higher,recurrence rate was significantly lower,pregnancy rate was significantly higher and incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower.The above data were all statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group had significantly higher scores for physical function,social function,emotional roles and mental health,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CA125 level in observation group was significantly lower,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with decoction eliminating symptoms of endometriosis can improve pregnancy rate,serum CA125 levels,life quality and treatment safety of infertility caused by endometriosis,which is worthy of clinical attention and application.
