支气管舒张剂联合吸入激素治疗支气管扩张对患者症状的改善研究

摘　　要：目的 分析支气管舒张剂联合吸入激素治疗支气管扩张对改善患者症状的效果研究。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月间本院收治的120例支气管扩张患者,收集基本的临床资料以及相关数据信息,按照随机数字表法将患者分为参照组(60例)和治疗组(60例),参照组采用常规治疗方式,治疗组采用支气管舒张剂联合吸入激素治疗方式,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、肺部功能改善情况、支气管扩张的各项症状消失时间、患者满意程度以及生活质量等指标。结果 支气管舒张剂联合吸入激素治疗方式对改善支气管扩张患者症状有着明显的效果,两组患者数据结果差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论 支气管舒张剂联合吸入激素在治疗支气管扩张患者时,在改善患者症状以及肺功能状况等方面都有较为确切的治疗效果,临床价值高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze effect of bronchodilators combined with inhaled corticosteroids on improving symptoms in patients with bronchiectasis.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022,collected basic clinical data and relevant data information,and divided them into reference group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)with random number table method.Reference group was treated with routine treatment,while treatment group with bronchodilators combined with inhaled corticosteroids.Clinical treatment effect,pulmonary function improvement and pulmonary function improvement between two groups was compared,including indicators of disappearance time of various symptoms of bronchiectasis,satisfaction degree and life quality of patients.Results Combination of bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroids can achieve significant effect on improving symptoms of bronchiectasis patients,data difference between two groups has statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroids can achieve relatively definite curative effect in improving symptoms and lung function of bronchiectasis patients,with high clinical value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
