恩替卡韦联合安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨恩替卡韦与安络化纤丸联合应用在慢性乙肝肝纤维化治疗中的临床疗效。方法 选择2021年1月-2021年12月本院收集的100例慢性乙肝肝纤维化病人为对象,根据随机数字表方法将其分参照组与实验组,两组各50例,其中,参照组使用恩替卡韦单独治疗,实验组则在参照组治疗基础上加用安络化纤丸治疗,对比两组治疗效果情况。结果 治疗后,实验组的总有效率优于参照组,组间对比差别存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者纳差、腹胀、乏力、肋痛等中医证候积分和ALT、AST、TBIL等肝功能指标水平以及HA、LN、PⅢP、Ⅳ-C等肝纤维化水平差别不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,各项中医证候积分、肝功能指标水平和肝纤维化指标水平和治疗前相比均有下降,实验组均比参照组数值更优,对比具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性乙肝肝纤维化病人使用药物联用方式能取得更为理想的效果,恩替卡韦与安络化纤丸的联合应用疗效显著,值得推荐。Objective To investigate clinical effect of entecavir combined with channels calming and fibrosis removal pills in treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 as study objects,and divided them into reference group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with entecavir only,and experimental group with channels calming and fibrosis removal pills on the basis of reference group.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results After treatment,total effective rate of experimental group was better than control group,there was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes including poor appetite,abdominal distension,fatigue and rib pain,levels of liver function indicators including ALT,AST,TBIL,and liver fibrosis levels including HA,LN,P IIIP and IV-C between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,liver function indicators and liver fibrosis indicators were lower than before treatment.Experimental group had better values than reference group,comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of entecavir and channels calming and fibrosis removal pills can achieve more ideal effect for patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatic fibrosis,with significant effect,which is worth recommending.
