摘　　要：目的 研究电子支气管镜-肺泡灌洗在重度吸入性损伤治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年7月-2021年7月在本院烧伤科治疗的150例重度吸入性损伤患者资料,将其分为对照组(70例)和观察组(80例),对照组采用传统手术治疗方法,观察组在其基础上行电子支气管镜-肺泡灌洗治疗,以疗效率、心率及动脉血气指标及呼吸机使用时间、拔管时间、住院时间等为评价项。结果 观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,两组患者的疗效率对比存在显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的心率及动脉血气指标都明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的呼吸机平均使用时间、拔管时间和住院时间等明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 电子支气管镜-肺泡灌洗治疗重度吸入性损伤患者效果显著,可以进行临床推广应用。Objective To study clinical effect of electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage in treatment of severe inhalation injury.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed data of 150 patients with severe inhalation injury in burn department of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021,and divided them intocontrol group(70 cases)and observation group(80 cases).Control group was treated with traditional surgical methods,observation group with electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage on the basis of control group.Treatment effect,heart rate and arterial blood gas indicators and ventilator application time,extubation time and length of stay was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in control group was 71.43%,while that of observation group was 92.5%.There was significant difference in treatment effect between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,heart rate and arterial blood gas indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);average application time,extubation time and length of stay of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage can achieve significant effect in treatment of patients with severe inhalation injury,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
