柴胡疏肝散合平胃散加减在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察研究柴胡疏肝散合平胃散加减在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 纳入铜山区中医院于2019年2月-2022年2月治疗的慢性胃炎患者68例,平均分入对照组与研究组。对照组采用常规西药治疗方案,研究组在西药治疗方案基础上采用柴胡疏肝散合平胃散加减方案治疗,持续治疗14d,对临床疗效、症状积分及药品不良反应进行评估比较。结果 经14d治疗,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组反酸、嗳气及胃脘痛积分均较治疗前显著降低,且较之对照组,研究组上述积分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,研究组恶心、腹泻、面色潮红发生率总计为11.76%(4/34),对照组以上药品不良反应发生率总计为8.82%(3/34),两者之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 给予慢性胃炎患者柴胡疏肝散合平胃散加减治疗可获得显著疗效,治疗后患者胃脘痛、反酸嗳气等症状得到显著改善,且药品不良反应未增加。Objective To observe and study application effect of modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi and stomach-calming powder in treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with chronic gastritis treated by Tongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022,and evenly divided them into control group and study group.Control group was treated wtih routine Western medicine treatment,while study group wtih modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi and stomach-calming powder based on Western medicine treatment.Treatment lasted for 14 days.Clinical effect,symptom scores and adverse drug reactions were evaluated and compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,total effective rate of study group was(33/34),which was significantly higher than control grou(26/34),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Scores of acid reflux,belching and epigastric pain in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment and control group,scores in study group were significantly lower,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During treatment process,total incidence of nausea,diarrhea and flushing in study group was,while total incidence of adverse reactions to drugs above in control group was.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified bupleurum powder for relieving liver-qi and stomach-calming powder can achieve significant curative effect on patients with chronic gastritis.After treatment,symptoms of epigastric pain,acid reflux and belching have been significantly improved,with no increase of adverse drug reactions.
