钝性创伤性腹主动脉血栓形成导致死亡的因果关系鉴定一例

摘　　要：腹部钝性创伤后发生的腹主动脉血栓形成临床罕见,预后不良,常可导致死亡等严重后果。本文就钝性创伤致腹主动脉血栓形成病人的诊断过程进行了阐述,并就此对其死亡原因进行了分析,认为形成其最终死亡与此次腹部长时间重物挤压导致的腹主动脉血栓存在因果关系,希望为创伤性腹主动脉血栓的诊断、治疗和死因分析提供参考和借鉴。It is rare for abdominal aortic thrombosis after blunt abdominal trauma,which has poor prognosis,often causes serious consequences of death.The article mainly described patient with abdominal aortic thrombosis caused by blunt trauma on December 7,2019,who was stricken on the abdomen by falling roller shutter door,followed by weakness of both lower limbs,urinary incontinence,pain,temperature and sensation loss of both lower limbs below the thighs,and death caused by abdominal aortic thrombosis,to provide reference for diagnosis,treatment and cause of death analysis of traumatic abdominal aortic thrombosis.
