腓骨肌腱沟后内侧加深法联合带线铆钉法治疗腓骨长短肌腱滑脱症-个案报道

摘　　要：探讨腓骨肌腱沟后内侧加深法联合带线铆钉法治疗腓骨长短肌腱滑脱症的临床疗效。针对本院一例腓骨长短肌腱滑脱症的患者采用腓骨肌腱沟后内侧加深法联合带线铆钉法。术后患者左踝关节伤口甲级愈合,踝关节无肿胀,行走无异常,功能恢复良好。术后2个月拍片示铆钉位置良好,无脱出移位。腓骨肌腱沟后内侧加深法联合带线铆钉法对腓骨长短肌腱滑脱有良好的临床效果,值得在临床中推广。To explore clinical effect of deepening posterior medial sulcus of peroneal tendon combined with suture rivets in treatment of peroneal long and short tendon detachment.The paper treated patient with peroneal tendon detachment in our hospital with deepening posterior medial sulcus of peroneal tendon combined with suture rivet method.Left ankle joint wound of the patient healed with grade A after surgery,with no swelling in ankle joint,no abnormal walking and good functional recovery.Two months after surgery,X-ray showed that position of rivets was good,with no detachment or displacement.Deepening posterior medial sulcus of peroneal tendon combined with suture rivets can achieve good clinical effect for long and short peroneal tendon detachment,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
