补肾益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评估临床为老年血管性痴呆病人采取治疗时,补肾益智汤方的效果及意义。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月在本院接受治疗的74例老年血管性痴呆患者为研究对象,以接收病人顺序分为参比组和讨论组,每组各37例,参比组采取常规西医方案,讨论组采用中医补肾益智汤方治疗,针对组间中医证候积分、认知功能、平衡能力、生活能力、临床疗效及血清检测值展开讨论。结果 治疗前后中医证候积分比较,讨论及参比组治疗前积分对比(P>0.05),讨论组治疗后积分对比参比组积分低(P<0.05);治疗前后认知功能评估比较,讨论与参比组治疗前评分对比(P>0.05),讨论组治疗后不同时段评分对比参比组评分高(P<0.05);治疗前后平衡及生活能力比较,讨论组和参比组治疗前平衡能力分值、生活能力分值对比(P>0.05),讨论组治疗后评分对比参比组分值高(P<0.05);临床疗效比较,讨论组总有效率对比参比组有效率更高(P<0.05);血清检测值比较,讨论组治疗后不同时段的血清检测值相较参比组检测值低(P<0.05)。结论 为确保老年血管性痴呆病人获得优质治疗,可通过中医补肾益智汤方实施救治,在缓解症状、提高认知功能、平衡能力及生活活动能力方面有积极影响,疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To evaluate effect and significance of bushen benefiting intelligence decoction in treatment of elderly vascular dementia patients in clinical practice.Methods The paper chose 74 elderly vascular dementia patients in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 as research objects,and divided them into reference group and discussion group based on sequence,with 37 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine western medicine,while discussion group with traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and benefiting intelligence decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,cognitive function,balance ability,living ability,clinical effect and serum test values were discussed between the groups.Results Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before treatment between groups showed(P>0.05),scores after treatment in discussion group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison of cognitive function assessment before treatment between discussion group and reference group showed(P>0.05),scores after treatment of discussion group at different time periods were higher than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison of balance and living ability before treatment between discussion group and reference group showed(P>0.05),scores after treatment in discussion group were higher than reference group(P<0.05).In terms of clinical effect comparison,total effective rate of discussion group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,serum test value of discussion group at different time periods after treatment was lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion To ensure highquality treatment of elderly patients with vascular dementia,traditional Chinese medicine tonifying kidney and benefiting intelligence decoction can be applied for treatment,which has positive effect on alleviating symptoms,improving cognitive function,balance ability and living activity ability with definite curative effect and high safety.
