康柏西普单次玻璃体内注射对糖尿病黄斑水肿患者黄斑形态与功能的影响研究

摘  要:目的 分析康柏西普单次玻璃体内注射对糖尿病黄斑水肿患者黄斑形态和功能的影响。方法 选择25例糖尿病黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,根据是否接受康柏西普注射治疗分为两组,对照组(n=10)未接受相关治疗,观察组(n=15)行康柏西普单次玻璃体内注射治疗。对比视网膜神经上皮层厚度、logMAR-BCAV值、视网膜光敏感度以及并发症情况。结果 两组术后1个月的视网膜神经上皮层厚度、logMAR-BCAV值均有变化,但组间对比差异不大(P>0.05);两组12度视网膜光敏感度变化存在明显差异性(P<0.05);两组无明显并发症。结论 糖尿病黄斑水肿行康柏西普单次玻璃体内注射治疗效果好,安全性高,可减轻临床症状,提高视力,促进形态学比功能学更早恢复。Objective To analyze effect of single intravitreal injection of Conbercept on macular morphology and function of patients with diabetes macular edema.Methods The paper chose 25 patients with diabetes macular edema as study objects,and divided them into two groups according to being treated with Conbercept injection or not.Control group(n=10)was not treated with relevant treatment,observation group(n=15)with single intravitreal injection of Conbercept.Thickness of retinal neuroepithelial layer,logMAR-BCAV value,retinal light sensitivity and complications were compared.Results There were changes in thickness of the retinal neuroepithelial layer and logMARBCAV value between two groups at 1 month after surgery,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in changes in retinal light sensitivity between two groups at 12(P<0.05),with no significant complications between two groups.Conclusion Single intravitreal injection of Conbercept can achieve good effect for diabetes macular edema with high safety,can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve visual acuity and promote morphological recovery earlier of functional recovery.
