摘　　要：目的 研究术中超声引导下神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 选取2020年12月-2022年6月本院收治的40例高血压脑出血患者,对患者采用随机分组的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,实施术中超声引导神经内镜进行治疗,针对两组患者的临床治疗效果和治疗成功率进行分析和对比。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和血肿清除率等指标均优于对照组,治疗成功率高于对照组,两组数据对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 针对高血压脑出血患者,在常规治疗措施的基础上施加术中超声引导神经内镜治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,因此术中超声引导神经内镜治疗法值得相关医疗机构加以推广和研究。Objective To study curative effect of intraoperative ultrasound guided neuroendoscopy in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment methods,while observation group with intraoperative ultrasound guided neuroendoscopy on the basis of routine treatment.Clinical treatment effect and success rates between two groups was analyzed and compared.Results Observation group had better surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,length of stay and hematoma clearance rate than control group,success rate of treatment was higher than control group,with statistical difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound guided neuroendoscopic therapy can improve treatment effect effectively for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on the basis of routine treatment measures.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and research by relevant medical institutions.
