氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效和不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的 分析高血压合并冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氨氯地平治疗的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 90例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,按随机法分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用单一氨氯地平治疗,研究组采用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血压水平及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率95.56%显著高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组舒张压为(70.71±5.76)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压为(120.11±8.19)mm Hg,均低于对照组的(84.16±5.21)、(138.54±10.05)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组发生呕吐恶心1例(2.22%)、呼吸不顺1例(2.22%)、心律不齐1例(2.22%);对照组发生呕吐恶心6例(13.33%)、呼吸不顺3例(6.67%)、心律不齐3例(6.67%)。治疗后,研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%显著低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗高血压合并冠心病患者应用阿托伐他汀钙片联合氨氯地平,能有效提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine alone,and the research group was treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.56%in the research group was significantly higher than that of 75.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were(70.71±5.76)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and(120.11±8.19)mm Hg,which were lower than those of(84.16±5.21)and(138.54±10.05)mm Hg of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the research group had 1 case(2.22%)of vomiting and nausea,1 case(2.22%)of dyspnea and 1 case(2.22%)of arrhythmia;the control group had 6 cases(13.33%)of vomiting and nausea,3 cases(6.67%)of dyspnea and 3 cases(6.67%)of arrhythmia.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of 6.67%in the research group was significantly lower than that of 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin calcium tablets and amlodipine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
