注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效。方法 62例老年肺炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各31例。对照组患者给予注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,研究组患者给予注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗。对比两组患者血气指标[二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、pH值、氧分压(PO_(2))]、不良反应发生情况及治疗效果。结果 研究组PO_(2)(95.33±6.45)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、PCO_(2)(36.55±4.21)mm Hg、pH值(7.36±0.33)均优于对照组的(80.56±6.23)mm Hg、(46.23±6.25)mm Hg、(7.01±0.09),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的22.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液安全性、应用价值、可行性较高,可以帮助老年肺炎患者改善血气指标状况,提升治疗效果,实现患者身心健康。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection combined with levofloxacin lactate and sodium cholride injection in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection,while the research group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection and levofloxacin lactate and sodium chloride injection.The blood gas indexes[partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2)),pH value,partial pressure of oxygen(PO_(2))],occurrence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The research group had PO_(2) of(95.33±6.45)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),PCO_(2) of(36.55±4.21)mm Hg and pH of(7.36±0.33),which were better than those of(80.56±6.23)mm Hg,(46.23±6.25)mm Hg and(7.01±0.09)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 3.23%,which was lower than that of 22.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 96.77%,which was higher than that of 77.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection combined with levofloxacin lactate and sodium cholride injection has high safety,application value,and feasibility.It can help elderly patients with pneumonia improve their blood gas indicators,improve therapeutic effects,and achieve physical and mental health.
