摘  要:本文以5种不同离子交换树脂进行了球形活性炭制备,分析了树脂氧化后的热解曲线,并对制备球形活性炭的表观形貌、比表面积、粒径情况进行分析。不同树脂制备的球形活性炭表面光滑度不同,放大倍数较高时除表面烧蚀的D001树脂能观察到蜂窝状的孔结构外,其余树脂均未有该现象;不同树脂炭孔结构分布不同,且除表面烧蚀的D001树脂炭外均具有较高的耐压强度;不同树脂炭的粒径与原料树脂相比均发生了一定的收缩。In this paper,five different Ion-exchange resin were used to prepare spherical activated carbon.The pyrolysis curves of the oxidized resin were analyzed.The morphology,specific surface area and particle size of the prepared spherical activated carbon were also analyzed.The surface smoothness of spherical activated carbon prepared by different resins is different,except for the D001 resin which has a honeycomb-like pore structure,the other resins do not have this phenomenon.The pore structure distribution of different resin carbon is different,and all resin carbon except D001 resin carbon have higher compressive strength,and the particle size of resin carbon has a certain shrinkage compared with the raw material resin.
