活化工艺对椰壳柱状活性炭孔隙结构的影响

摘  要:以椰壳炭化料为原料,经磨粉、混合、压伸成型、炭化制得炭化料,再经不同活化时间、活化温度、活化剂制备椰壳柱状活性炭。采用氮气吸附对活性炭样品进行表征,根据BET方程、密度泛函理论、D-R方程进行分析。结果表明,活化时间延长,微孔容积先增大后减小,次微孔、过渡孔容积增大,特征尺寸增大;活化温度提高,微孔容积增大,次微孔、过渡孔容积减小,特征尺寸减小;以水蒸气作为活化剂,制备的活性炭样品微孔、过渡孔体系发达,特征尺寸小;以水蒸气、CO_(2)混合气体作为活化剂,制备的活性炭样品次微孔体系发达,孔特征尺寸大。Cocontu shell carbonized material is used as raw material to prepare carbonized material by grinding,mixing,stretching and carbonization,and then coconut shell columnar activated carbon is prepared by different avtivation time,activation temperature and activator.Characterization of activated carbon samples by nitrogen adsorption.Analysis is conducted according to BET equation,density functional theory and D-R equation.The results show:with the extension of activeation time,the volume of micrpores increases first and then decreases,the volume of secondary micrpores and transition pores increases,and the characteristic size increases.With the increase of activation temperature,the volume of micropores increases,the volume of secondary micropores and transition pores decreases,and the characteristic size decreases.The activated carbon samples prepared with steam as the activator have developed micropore and transition pore systems with small characteristic size.With the mixed gas of steam and carbon dioxide as the activator,the prepared activated carbon sample hasa well-developed microporous system with large characteristic size.
