摘 要:针对目前采用分光光度测量法、COD快速测定法进行污水中氨氮质量浓度测量所存在的精度差、操作复杂的不足,提出了一种新的基于紫外可见分光光度法的污水中氨氮质量浓度测量方案。对测试原理、试样制备等进行了细致的论述。结果表明,在对污水中氨氮质量浓度进行测定时,紫外可见分光光度法的测定偏差约为0.19%,具有最佳的测定效果,为合理选择污水中氨氮质量浓度测试方法,提高污水水质监测精确性奠定了基础。In response to the shortcomings of poor accuracy and complex operation in measuring the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater using spectrophotometry and COD rapid determination methods,a new scheme for measuring the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater based on UV visible spectrophotometry is proposed.A detailed discussion was conducted on the testing principle and sample preparation.The results showed that when measuring the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,the deviation of UV visible spectrophotometry was about 0.19%,which had the best measurement effect.This laid the foundation for selecting a reasonable testing method for ammonia nitrogen concentration in wastewater and improving the accuracy of wastewater quality monitoring.
