摘 要:高温干馏煤气除尘技术是制约粉煤热解工艺发展的行业性技术难题,移动颗粒床除尘技术具有除尘效率高、运行经济性好、环境适应性强、安全环保等等特点,为解决煤炭清洁高效利用领域涉及的高温气体除尘难题提供了一条有效的途径。本文首先对移动颗粒床除尘装置工艺流程进行了介绍,分析了滤料的品质、粒径、温度、下料量及干馏系统进料量、干燥煤水分等因素对移动颗粒床除尘装置阻力波动的影响,通过制定相应对策,实现了干馏系统及移动颗粒床除尘装置的稳定运行。High temperature dry distillation gas dedusting technology is an industrial technical problem that restricts the development of pulverized coal pyrolysis process.Mobile particle bed dedusting technology has the characteristics of high dedusting efficiency,good operation economy,strong environmental adaptability,safety and environmental protection,etc.,which provides an effective way to solve the high temperature gas dedusting problem involved in the field of clean and efficient utilization of coal.Firstly,this paper introduces the technological process of the mobile granular bed dedusting device,analyzes the influence of the quality of filter material,the particle size of filter material,the temperature of filter material,the feed amount of filter material,the feed amount of the retorting system,the moisture content of dry coal and other factors on the resistance fluctuation of the mobile granular bed dedusting device,and realizes the stable operation of the retorting system and the mobile granular bed dedusting device by formulating corresponding countermeasures.
