摘  要:在城市化推进对各类资源消耗量逐渐增多的背景下,煤的气化、液化处理工艺得到了有效发展,一定程度可以为城市化建设提供各类能源支持。基于高灰熔点煤的气化反应,为了提高气化效果提高气化产值,需要对高灰熔点煤的气化特性进行研究,具体要了解气化炉中各反应之间存在的影响,确保发挥出高灰熔点煤的气化反应价值。为此,本文先阐述实验系统并整理实验数据,然后具体分析气化温度与O/C摩尔比对合成气组分、碳转化率、冷煤气效率的影响,以期在有效了解反应中的相关影响后,提高煤气化经济效益和社会效益。Against the backdrop of the increasing consumption of various resources due to the advancement of urbanization,the gasification and liquefaction processes of coal have been effectively developed,which can provide various energy support for urbanization construction to a certain extent.Based on the gasification of high ash melting point coal,in order to improve the gasification effect and increase the gasification output value,it is necessary to study the gasification characteristics of high ash melting point coal.Specifically,it is necessary to understand the impact of each reaction in the gasifier to ensure that the gasification value of high ash melting point coal is played.Therefore,this paper first describes the experimental system and collates the experimental data,and then specifically analyzes the impact of gasification temperature and O/C molar ratio on the composition of synthesis gas,carbon conversion rate,and cold gas efficiency,in order to improve the economic and social benefits of coal gasification after effectively understanding the relevant effects in the reaction.
