摘  要:以解聚后的Kraft硫酸盐木质素(Depolymerized Kraft Sulfate Lignin,DKL)为原料,通过水热法制备出荧光碳点(Carbon Dots,CDs)。采用透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscopy,TEM)、Fourier变换红外光谱(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,FT-IR)以及荧光分光光度计分别对CDs的粒径、结构、荧光性能进行表征。提出了基于内滤效应(Internal Filtration Effect,IFE)的CDs-MnO_(2)荧光探针用于谷胱甘肽(GSH)的检测,即MnO_(2)纳米片宽的吸收与CDs荧光激发光谱重叠,引起荧光猝灭,导致IFE现象发生。将GSH加入CDs-MnO_(2)荧光体系中,体系的荧光得到恢复。实验结果表明,MnO_(2)纳米片的浓度为25μmol/L时,L-CDs的荧光强度有明显下降趋势,且L-CDs的猝灭效率接近30%,反应时间15 min是最佳反应时间。GSH浓度添加到200μmol/L时,荧光强度恢复均衡。该设计具有制备简单、快速检测等优点,为GSH的检测又提供一种简便方法。Lignin carbon dots(L-CDs)were prepared by hydrothermal method using depolymerized Kraft sulfate lignin(DKL)as raw material.The particle size,structure and fluorescence properties of L-CDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and fluorescence spectrophotometer.A L-CDs-MnO_(2)fluorescent probe based on internal filter effect(IFE)was proposed for the detection of glutathione(GSH)activity.Due to the overlap between the wide absorption of MnO_(2)nanosheets and the fluorescence excitation spectrum of L-CDs,the fluorescence quenching occurs,resulting in IFE phenomenon.GSH was added into the L-CDs-MnO_(2)fluorescence system and the fluorescence was restored.The results showed that when the concentration of MnO_(2)nanosheets was 25μmol/L,the fluorescence intensity of L-CDs decreased significantly,and the quenching efficiency of L-CDs was close to 30%.The best reaction time is 15 min.When GSH concentration was added to 200μmol/L,the fluorescence intensity returned to equilibrium.The design has the advantages of simple preparation and rapid detection,and provides a simple method for the detection of GSH.
