摘 要:介绍了硬金电镀缸缸液中金含量的测定方法,用硫酸析出法测定硬金电镀缸缸液中的金含量,发现缸液中金含量越低,方法重复性相对越差,极差越大。通过试验发现对于金含量大于6 g/L的样品,建议取样量25 mL;3~6 g/L的样品,可取样50 mL进行检测。该实验方法检测下限为3 g/L;标准偏差0.0099~0.0473 g/L;极差0.027~0.130 g/L。该实验方法能够满足电镀缸缸液中金含量的测定要求,为今后电镀缸液金含量的测定提供检测依据。Introduces the determination method of gold content in the liquid of hard gold electroplating cylinder.Determination of gold content in the liquid of hard gold electroplating cylinder by sulfuric acid precipitation method,it is found that the lower the gold content in the liquid of hard gold electroplating cylinder,the worse the relative repeatability of the method and the greater the range.It is found that for the sample with gold content greater than 6 g/L,the recommended sampling amount is 25 mL;for 3~6 g/L samples,50 mL can be sampled for detection.The detection limit of this method is 3 g/L.Standard deviation 0.0099~0.0473 g/L;range 0.027~0.130 g/L.The experimental method can meet the requirement of the determination of gold content in electroplating bath and provide a basis for the determination of gold content in electroplating bath in the future.
