摘 要:以济南地铁3号线滩稻区间联络通道工程积极冻结期间实测盐水温度及实际冻结孔成孔参数为依据,建立了三维数值计算模型,并与实测测温孔温度及冻结壁交圈时间对比,证明了模型参数选取合理,且三维数值模拟方法能够较准确地模拟联络通道温度场分布;总结出联络通道温度场呈“梭形”分布,靠近两侧隧道管片处为联络通道冻结壁薄弱部位,在实际施工中应采取措施确保其安全;通过调整原始地温、导热系数、比热容的大小,对比各参数对温度场发展的影响,结果表明:原始地温越高,冻结壁交圈和形成时间越晚;导热系数越大,冻结壁发展速度越快;比热容越小,冻结壁发展速度越快。Based on the measured brine temperature during the active freezing period of the cross passage project between Tan-Dao sections of Ji'nan Metro No.3 Line and the formed parameters of the actual freezing holes as the basis,a 3D numerical calculation model was set up.The comparison between the temperature of the measured temperature measurement hole and the closure time of the freezing wall showed that the model parameters selected was rational and the 3D numerical simulation method could accurately simulate the temperature field distribution of the cross passage.The summarization showed that the temperature field of the cross passage was in a"fusiform shape"distribution,the segment area closed to the two side tunnel would be the weak parts of the freezing wall in the cross passage and in the actual construction,the measures should be taken to ensure the safety.With the adjustment of the original ground temperature,thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity size,the comparisons were conducted on each parameter effected to the development of the temperature field.The results showed that the higher the original ground temperature,the later the frozen wall closure and the formation time would be.The larger the thermal conductivity,the faster the frozen wall development speed would be.The smaller the specific heat capacity,the faster the frozen wall development speed would be.
