摘 要:随着我国煤炭产业重心西移,内蒙古、陕西、宁夏等地还需开展煤矿新井建设,这些新建矿井的井筒大多需要穿越深厚的白垩系、侏罗系岩层,需采用特殊法凿井。钻井法凿井具有作业环境好、机械化程度高、施工本质安全等优点,是今后深立井凿井的发展方向。但西北地区冬季气候干燥寒冷并伴有大风,在如此严寒的冬季如何确保钻井井壁施工质量,已成为施工中亟待解决的技术难题。为此,开展了严寒地区钻井井壁冬季预制施工混凝土配制及养护技术研究。首先,根据中东部地区钻井法凿井工程经验和西北地区冬季条件,提出严寒地区预制钻井井壁混凝土配制原则;然后,通过大量的正交配制试验,获得符合设计要求的钻井井壁高强高性能混凝土,从源头上保证了混凝土水化热的降低;最后,提出钻井井壁冬季预制施工应采用的技术措施有:对混凝土各种原材料进行预加热,混凝土在搅拌及运输过程中都需做好保温措施,并在施工现场搭建蒸汽保温养护棚,确保井壁养护条件,避免井壁产生裂纹。As the westward shift of the center of gravity of China's coal industry,new coal mine construction will need to be carried out in Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi,Ningxia,and other places,and most of these new mines need to pass through the deep Cretaceous and Jurassic strata and need to be sunk by special methods.The drilling method has the advantages of a good working environment,a high degree of mechanization,and essential safety of construction,which is the development direction of deep vertical shaft sinking in the future.However,the northwest region has a dry and cold climate accompanied by strong winds in winter.How to ensure the construction quality of drilling shaft lining in such a cold winter has become an urgent technical problem to be solved.Hence,the preparation and maintenance technology of precast concrete for drilling shaft lining in winter in cold regions was studied.First,according to the drilling engineering experience in central and eastern regions and winter conditions in northwest regions,the allocation principle of precast drilling shaft concrete in severe cold regions was put forward.Then,through a large number of orthogonal preparation tests,the high-strength and high-performance concrete of drilling shaft lining conforming to the design requirements was obtained,to ensure the reduction of the heat of hydration of concrete from the source.Finally,it was proposed that the technical measures should be adopted in winter precast construction of shaft lining:pre-heating of various raw materials of concrete,insulation measures should be taken in the process of mixing and transportation of concrete,and steam insulation curing shed should be built on the construction site to ensure the curing conditions of the shaft lining and to avoid cracks.
