摘　　要：在全球化和信息化的背景下,通过对全球功能性机构进行界定和类型划分,可以分析不同类型功能性机构在全球城市合作竞争中的作用。本文通过现实数据分析跨国公司投资总部、先进生产性服务企业和国际组织的空间分布特征;厘清其影响全球城市参与国际合作竞争的外部效应和内在机制。由此提出对策建议:全球功能性机构自身要高效反馈系统、积极承接国际生产性服务业的转移;城市要注重人才、转变服务职能、积极参与外交;国家要完善法律法规、建立国际交往新机制、提供财政和政策支持。This paper defines and categorizes global functional organizations and analyzes their roles in the competition and cooperation among global cities.We analyze the spatial distribution of investment headquarters of multinational corporations,advanced producer services enterprises,and international organizations using real-world data.We aim to understand their external effects and mechanisms for promoting global cities' participation in international cooperation and competition.The paper then proposes recommendations,including improving feedback systems,transferring the international producer services industry,focusing on talent and service function transformation,participating in diplomacy,improving laws and regulations,establishing new mechanisms for international exchanges,and providing financial and policy support.
