摘　　要：本文主要对车用铝导线进行研究与分析,主要介绍铝线与铜线的性能差异,以及铝导线在设计和制造过程中的关键管控要点,按照铝导线的产品特性、品质要求,为铝导线的开发提供一套理论设计依据、生产制造方案以及测试方法、验证规范。This article mainly studies and analyzes the performance differences between aluminum wire and copper wire for automotive use,as well as the key control points in the design and manufacturing process of aluminum wire.Based on the product characteristics and quality requirements of aluminum wire,it provides a theoretical design basis,production and manufacturing plan,testing methods,and verification specifications for the development of aluminum wire.
