摘  要:本文提出通过风阻系数代替实际风道来进行空调箱流场三维仿真。在实际项目开发过程中,由于整车布置的不确定性,导致主机厂无法提供准确的风道数据,导致CFD无法对空调箱的风量分配及总风量进行仿真分析。所以,本文通过将风道简化成多孔介质,并通过风阻系数来设定风道的背压,进行三维仿真计算,为空调箱性能优化提供参考性建议,缩短项目开发周期。This paper proposes to use the wind resistance coefficient instead of the actual air duct to carry out the three-dimensional simulation of the flow field of the air conditioning tank.In the actual project development process,due to the uncertainty of vehicle layout,the Oems cannot provide the prepared air duct data,which leads to the failure of CFD to simulate and analyze the air volume distribution and total air volume of the air conditioning box.Therefore,this paper simplifies the air duct into porous media,sets the back pressure of the air duct through the wind resistance coefficient,and carries out three-dimensional simulation to calculate,providing reference suggestions for the performance optimization of the air conditioning box and shortening the project development cycle.
