Factor Grouping and Pathways Affecting Online Physical Education in China’s General Colleges and Universities

摘  要:采用定性比较分析方法(QCA),从整体论视角探究高水平线上体育教学效果发生的多重并发因果路径。基于交互影响距离理论,纳入师生交互、教学内容、服务支持、评价驱动、教学方法、学生自治、教师水平七项前因变量,构建影响我国高校线上体育教学效果的前因条件框架模型。研究发现:单一变量方面,各前因变量均不构成高水平线上体育教学效果产生的充分必要条件。QCA组态路径方面,导致高水平线上体育教学效果出现的因果路径共有5种,分别是教师学生双元驱动型、内容与沟通促进型、资深教师导向型、评价驱动与学生自治逻辑主导下的平台驱动学生自治型与教师敦促学生自治型,其中教学内容、评价驱动、学生自治是促使结果发生的核心条件,整体线上体育教学效果研究呈现与传统体育教学效果间的延续性特征。在线上体育教学实施和研究过程中,在可取范围内,应统筹推进各前因变量协调统一、有效优化,同时加强对评价系统的关注,切实提高教师业务水平,挖掘传统体育教学功能及效益作用于线上体育教学,更好实现线上体育教学效果高效发展的目的。Qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)was used to explore the multiple concurrent causal pathways for the occurrence of high level online physical education teaching effects from a holistic perspective.Based on the interaction influence distance theory,seven antecedent variables of teacher-student interaction,teaching content,service support,evaluation drive,teaching method,student autonomy,and teacher level were incorporated to construct a framework model of antecedent conditions affecting the effect of online physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China.It is found that,in terms of single variables,none of the antecedent variables constitute a sufficient necessary condition for the emergence of high level online physical education teaching effectiveness,and there are five causal paths leading to the emergence of high level online physical education teaching effectiveness,namely,teacher-student dual-driven,content and communication-facilitated,senior teacher directed,the platform-driven student autonomy guided by the evaluation driven and student autonomy logic,and the student autonomy under the urge of the teachers.Among them,teaching content,evaluation-driven and student autonomy are the core conditions that contribute to the results,and the overall online physical education teaching effect study shows the continuity characteristics with the traditional physical education teaching effect.In the process of online physical education implementation and research,within the desirable scope,the coordination and unification of all antecedent variables and their effective optimization should be promoted,while the attention to the evaluation system should be strengthened,the teachers’professional ability should be effectively improved,and the functions and benefits of traditional physical education should be explored and applied to online physical education,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient development of online physical education teaching effects.
