摘  要:本论文对铝电解槽燃气焙烧工艺和焦粒焙烧工艺进行研究,通过工业试验对铝电解槽焙烧过程中电解槽炉膛、阴极钢棒、炉底等位置的温度变化对比分析,就两种工艺对电解槽焙烧质量、节能降碳、自动化控制等方面的影响进行总结,得出采用燃气焙烧工艺替代传统焦粒焙烧工艺的结论。In this paper,the gas baking process and coke baking process in aluminum reduction cells were analyzed,while the temperature changes of the furnace cavity,the cathode steel bar and the bottom of the aluminum reduction cells during the baking process were compared and studied through industrial experiments,and the effects of the two processes on the baking quality,energy saving,carbon reduction and automatic control of aluminum reduction cells were summarized,thus concluding that the gas baking process could replace the traditional coke baking process.
