摘 要:铝用阳极的生产和应用涉及多个车间、多个工序,流程长、信息分散。目前对阳极质量的追踪和分析大都专注于单个工序或设备,信息孤立,相互之间数据很难共享,缺乏全流程精确追踪的手段和工具,出现问题通过经验判断,很难进行深入回溯和根因分析。针对上述问题,研究阳极标识与识别、位置追踪,以及数据融合技术,研发阳极全生命周期质量追踪系统,实现阳极位置的精准追踪、工艺数据的有效融合,满足企业进行阳极质量分析和问题回溯的需求。The production and application of aluminum anode involves multiple workshops and processes,with long process flow and scattered information.At present,the tracking and analysis of anode quality are mostly focused on a single process or equipment.The information is isolated,and it is difficult to share data with each other.There is a lack of means and tools for accurate tracking of the whole process.It is difficult to carry out in-depth backtracking and root cause analysis through empirical judgment when problems occur.In view of the above problems,study the anode mark and identification,position tracking and data fusion technology,develop the anode all life cycle quality tracking system,achieve accurate tracking of anode position,effectively integrate the process data,and meet the needs of enterprises for anode quality analysis and problem backtracking.
