摘  要:为提高加速器整机小型化程度,本文对已有C波段10 MeV加速管进行了模拟优化设计。通过光速段腔体腔型优化设计提高单腔有效分流阻抗,实现加速效率提升,使腔链总长缩短;通过优化聚束段使腔链整体性能满足设计要求。优化后加速管腔链总长由原来的652降至492 mm,并且能量、剂量率、脉宽等参数满足设计要求,后续将对优化后的加速管进行工艺和热测验证。An existing 10 MeV C-band accelerating tube is simulated and optimized to improve the miniaturization of the whole accelerator.First the effective shunt impedance of single cavity is improved by optimizing the cavity shape in light speed range,so as to upgrade the accelerating efficiency and shorten the total length of the cavity chain.Then the bunching cavities are optimized,so that the overall performance of the cavity chain can meet the design requirements.The total length of the accelerating cavity chain decreased from 652 to 492 mm after optimization,and the parameters such as energy,dose rate,and pulse width all meet the design requirements.The optimized accelerating tube subsequently will undergo process and thermal testing verification.
