互联网+体检健康管理平台在体检人群就医中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨互联网+体检健康管理平台在体检人群就医中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年6月于庆阳市人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的200名体检者为研究对象,根据干预方法分组,每组100名。对照组按照既往体检流程完成体检,观察组采用互联网+体检健康管理平台完成体检。自制量表与问卷调查两组体检者就医体验评分与护理服务总满意率,记录两组体检者的候诊时间与就诊时间。结果 观察组就医体验评分高于对照组,候诊时间、就诊时间短于对照组,护理服务总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 体检人群就医中应用互联网+体检健康管理平台的效果显著,对体检者就医体验感有明显的改善效果,并能提高体检者的护理服务总满意率,缩短体检者的候诊时间和就诊时间,获得高质量体检健康管理服务,改善体检人群的健康管理效果。Objective To explore application effect of Internet plus physical examination health management platform for physical examination population.Methods The paper chose 200examinees with physical examinations at Physical Examination Center of Qingyang City People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 as research objects,and divided them into groups according to intervention method,with 100 examinees in each group.Control group completed physical examination with previous physical examination process,and observation group with Internet plus physical examination health management platform.Medical experience and overall satisfaction degree of nursing service was evaluated betwen two groups with self-made scale and questionnaire survey,waiting time and treatment time was recorded.Results Observation group had higher medical experience scores than control group,shorter waiting time and treatment time,and higher overall satisfaction degree of nursing services than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Internet plus physical examination health management platform can achieve significant effect in medical examination,can improve medical experience,overall nursing service satisfaction degree of physical examiners significantly,shorten waiting time and visiting time,physical examination time with high-quality physical examination health management service,and improve health management effect of physical examiners.
