运动平板心电图检查与常规心电图在冠心病临床诊断中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探究运动平板心电图检查与常规心电图应用在冠心病诊断中的临床价值。方法 在2019年1月-2021年12月本院病人中筛查出52例冠心病(经冠状动脉造影检查已确诊)与52例健康体检者作为此次研究对象,分别纳入观察组与对照组中,均实施运动平板心电图与常规心电图检查,对比两种方法对观察组的诊断结果、不同组别运动平板心电图检查情况。结果 运动平板心电图确诊率高于常规心电图(P<0.05);观察组运动平板心电图检查中的运动时间、运动量、最大心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 常规心电图与运动平板运动心电图均可有效诊断冠心病患者,但相较常规心电图,运动平板心电图检查在冠心病中的应用价值更高,建议临床普遍推广并应用。Objective To explore clinical value of exercise treadmill electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 52 patients with coronary heart disease(confirmed by coronary angiography)and 52 healthy individuals from January 2019 to December 2021 as study objects,included in observation group and control group respectively,treated with exercise treadmill electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram examinations.Diagnostic effect of two methods and exercise treadmill electrocardiogram examination of different groups was compared.Results Diagnostic rate of exercise treadmill electrocardiogram was higher than routine electrocardiogram(P<0.05);exercise time,exercise volume,and maximum heart rate in exercise treadmill electrocardiogram examination of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both routine electrocardiogram and exercise treadmill exercise electrocardiogram can diagnose coronary heart disease patients effectively,but exercise treadmill electrocardiogram examination has higher application value than routine electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease,which is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
