摘  要:目的 分析接触粉尘及噪声职业人员健康体检中血常规结果及相关影响因素。方法 选择2021年1-12月于南京市职业病防治院接受健康体检的接触粉尘、噪声职业人员1519例进行研究,均接受血常规检查,归纳职工血常规异常结果发生率,并结合职工一般资料等信息,分析影响血常规结果异常的相关因素,提出预防改进策略。结果 经调查结果显示,1519例接触粉尘及噪声职业人员中,425例血常规结果异常,发生率为27.98%。结合体检者资料信息分析,接害工龄超过10年、接触有害因素、在岗状态、年龄超过50岁血常规指标与其他体检者检测结果存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 接触粉尘及噪声职业人员容易出现血常规异常情况,长此以往,形成职业病,危害身体健康,应做好相关防护工作,确保作业人员安全。Objective To analyze blood routine results and related influencing factors in health examination of occupational personnel exposed to dust and noise.Methods The paper chose 1519 occupational personnel exposed to dust and noise with health examinations in Nanjing Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from January to December 2021.All of them underwent blood routine tests,incidence of abnormal blood routine results were summarized.Based on general information of employees,relevant factors affecting abnormal blood routine results were analyzed,and prevention and improvement strategies were proposed.Results Survey showed,out of 1519 occupational workers exposed to dust and noise,425 had abnormal blood routine results,with an incidence rate of 27.98%.Based on data analysis of the examinees,there were significant statistical difference in terms of blood routine indicators of harmful length of service for more than 10 years,expose of harmful factors,on duty status,being over 50 compared with other examinees(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational staff exposed to dust and noise may have abnormal blood routine.Over time,it may cause occupational diseases and endanger physical health.Relevant protective measures should be taken to ensure the safety of workers.
