药学服务在指导病人合理用药中的价值

摘　　要：目的 药学服务在指导病人合理用药中的价值。方法 选取2020年2月-2021年12月在本院接受药物治疗的88例患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分成干预组和参照组,各44例。接受基础用药指导的为参照组,在参照组基础上,接受药学服务干预的为研究组;比较两组患者不合理(用药剂量差错、重复用药、药品与名称不符、联合用药不当)用药总发生率以及干预满意度(干预态度、干预专业性、干预细节、干预效率以及干预效果)评分。结果 研究组的不合理(用药剂量差错、重复用药、药品与名称不符、联合用药不当)用药总发生率较参照组更低(P<0.05);研究组干预态度、干预专业性、干预细节、干预效率以及干预效果分别较参照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 药学服务干预较基础用药指导的效果更明显,可将患者用药不合理发生率显著降低,促进干预满意度的显著提高,充分体现了通过药学服务指导合理用药的价值所在。Objective To explore application value of pharmaceutical service during guidance period of rational drug use of patients.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with medication treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups with lottery method,44 cases in reference group were treated with basic medication guidance,and 44 cases in study group with pharmaceutical service intervention on the basis of basic medication guidance in reference group.Total incidence of irrational medication(medication dosage errors,repeated medication,drug name mismatch,improper combination medication)and intervention satisfaction degree(intervention attitude,intervention professionalism,intervention details,intervention efficiency,and intervention effect)scores were was compared between two groups.Results Overall incidence of unreasonable drug use(medication dosage errors,repeated use,drug name mismatch,improper combination use)in study group after intervention with pharmaceutical services was lower than reference group after intervention with basic medication guidance(P<0.05);intervention attitude,professionalism,details,efficiency and effectiveness of research group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical service intervention can achieve more significant effect than basic medication guidance,can reduce incidence of medication irrationality in drug treatment patients significantly,improveintervention satisfaction degree,and demonstrate value of rational medication guidance for patients through pharmaceutical service fully.
