摘　　要：文章介绍曹奕教授治疗干燥综合征临证经验。曹教授认为,该病本虚标实,其病机主归于素体禀赋不足,脏腑虚损,内外合邪,津液化生输布失常,阴损及阳,最终阴阳失衡,致病情缠绵难愈。在治疗上以整体观辨证为指导,侧重从“脏腑”、“阴阳”论治,提出调补脏腑,扶阳助阴,兼润燥化瘀通络为治疗大法。运用针药联合通督灸治疗,共同激发脏腑功能活动,提升人体正气,抗御病邪,调和阴阳。临床取得了较为满意效果。This article introduces Professor CAO Yi's clinical experience in the treatment of Sj?gren's syndrome.Professor CAO believes that the disease is caused by deficiency in origin and excess in excess.In terms of treatment,it is guided by the holistic view of syndrome differentiation,emphasizing on the theory of “viscera” and “Yin and Yang”,and proposes regulating and tonifying viscera,supporting Yang and Yin,and moisturizing dryness,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.Acupuncture and medicine combined with dredging moxibustion are used to stimulate the functional activities of viscera,enhance the body's righteousness,resist pathogenic factors,and reconcile Yin and Yang.Satisfactory results have been achieved clinically.
