匡继林基于“治未病”理念防治宫腔粘连术后复粘经验

摘　　要：宫腔粘连是指宫腔受损的一种妇科常见疾病,对女性月经、生育产生极大影响。匡继林教授治疗宫腔粘连,结合中医“治未病”理念,以“肾虚为本”“血瘀为标”为病因病机关键,根据女性术后恢复期、非经期、行经期的不同生理特点,分期论治,予以收敛止血、补肾活血、经期消炎三法三方,中西医结合,对预防宫腔再粘连疗效显著,值得推广。该文总结匡继林教授对于宫腔粘连分离术后防复粘的诊治特点,为临床使用中医药治疗该病提供思路。Intrauterine adhesions refer to a common gynecological disease in which the uterine cavity is damaged,which has a great impact on women's menstruation and fertility.Professor KUNAG Jilin treats intrauterine adhesions,combines the concept of “prevention of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine,takes “kidney deficiency as the foundation” and “blood stasis as the standard” as the key to the etiology and pathogenesis,according to the different physiological characteristics of women in the postoperative recovery period,non-menstrual period,and menstrual period,staged treatment,three methods of astringent hemostasis,tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation,and antiinflammatory during menstruation,combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,have a significant effect on preventing intrauterine re-adhesion,and are worthy of promotion.This article summarizes Professor KUANG Jilin's diagnosis and treatment characteristics of prevention of re-adhesion after separation of intrauterine adhesions,and provides ideas for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.
