摘　　要：目的:以温阳强心颗粒为研究对象,运用网络药理学探讨慢性心力衰竭的作用机制。方法:利用TCMSP和GeneCards数据库挖掘温阳强心颗粒的有效成分和与慢性心力衰竭有关的靶标,并利用String数据库对其进行蛋白交互作用的分析,利用DAVID数据库对其进行GO和KEGG的通路分析。结果:通过挖掘得到温阳强心颗粒有效成分246个,作用靶标231个,治疗CHF相关预测靶标蛋白共106种。GO富集分析表明,温阳强心颗粒在生物学过程富集556条,细胞成分富集54条,分子途径富集91条。KEGG通路的分析表明,127条途径与慢性心力衰竭相关。结论:研究结果显示了温阳强心颗粒多成分、多靶点、整体调节的特征,并对温阳强心颗粒的作用机制进行了初步的探讨,为进一步深入研究其有效成分及试验提供了理论基础。Objective:Taking Wenyang Qiangxin granule as the research object,using network pharmacology to explore the mechanism of action of chronic heart failure.Methods:TCMSP and GeneCards databases were used to mine the active ingredients of Wenyang Qiangxin granules and targets related to chronic heart failure,and the String database was used to analyze the protein interaction,and the DAVID database was used to analyze the GO and KEGG pathways.Results:Through mining,246 active ingredients and 231 targets of Wenyang Qiangxin Granules were obtained,and a total of 106 predicted target proteins related to the treatment of CHF were obtained.GO enrichment analysis showed that Wenyang Qiangxin granules enriched 556 biological processes,54 cellular components,and 91 molecular pathways.Analysis of KEGG pathways revealed that 127 pathways were associated with chronic heart failure.Conclusion:The research results show the characteristics of Wenyang Qiangxin granules with multi-components,multi-targets,and overall regulation,and a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of action of Wenyang Qiangxin granules provides a basis for further in-depth research on its active ingredients and tests.theoretical basis.
