摘　　要：目的:通过收集统计雷磊教授门诊治疗排卵障碍性不孕病患的处方用药,总结雷磊教授针对排卵障碍性的论治规律,以期为临床医家辨治排卵障碍性不孕症提供新思路。方法:收集2010年8月—2021年4月雷磊教授在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊出诊处方,通过中医传承辅助平台,使用数据挖掘技术对处方用药进行归纳分析。结果:共收集得到216名患者,得到处方452首。经筛选后纳入160首处方。涉及178味中药,关联规则分析出高频药对组合75个,聚类分析得出核心药对16组,以及新处方8个。结论:雷磊教授临证治疗排卵性障碍性不孕症时多以肝脾肾不足、冲任失调辨证,治以补益肝肾、健脾调冲之法。遣方用药方面以补益药物为主,注意“阴平阳秘”“以平为期”,且充分考虑到患者“备孕”的特殊阶段,用药时多采用药食两用之品,并避免使用可能导致流产、胎儿畸形或影响胚胎发育的药物.Objective:To summarize Professor LEI Lei's treatment rules for ovulatory disorders by collecting statistics on the prescription drugs used by Professor LEI Lei in the treatment of ovulatory disorders infertility patients,in order to provide new ideas for clinicians to treat ovulatory disorders infertility.Methods:From August 2010 to April 2021,Professor LEI Lei's outpatient prescriptions in the Gynecology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,and the prescriptions were analyzed using data mining technology through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Results:A total of 216 patients were collected and 452 prescriptions were obtained.After screening,160 prescriptions were included.Involving 178 traditional Chinese medicines,association rule analysis revealed 75 high-frequency drug pair combinations,cluster analysis found 16 core drug pairs,and 8 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Professor LEI Lei's clinical treatment of ovulatory infertility is mostly based on the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,and imbalance of CHONG and REN.Prescriptions and medications are mainly tonic drugs,pay attention to “Yin Ping Yang Mi” and “Period of balance”,and fully consider the special stage of the patient's“ preparation for pregnancy”,use more medicinal and edible products when taking medication,and avoid using products that may cause Miscarriage,fetal malformation,or drugs that affect embryonic development.
