穴位埋线联合瘦身调经汤及二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究穴位埋线联合二甲双胍肠溶片+瘦身调经汤对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者临床疗效情况。方法:将50例肥胖型PCOS患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组25例患者。治疗组予二甲双胍肠溶片+瘦身调经汤治疗联合穴位埋线治疗,对照组予二甲双胍肠溶片+瘦身调经汤口服。比较2组治疗前后促卵泡刺激素(FSH)与促黄体生成素(LH)的比值、空腹血糖(FBG)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)变化和治疗后月经恢复情况。结果:治疗后2组患者T、LH/FSH、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均较治疗前低,且治疗组水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组周期排卵率61.0%高于对照组的43.0%,P<0.05,有显著差异性。治疗组的月经紊乱恢复率80.0%高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合二甲双胍肠溶片+瘦身调经汤可以改善肥胖型PCOS患者的血清性激素水平及胰岛素抗及空腹血糖水平,改善月经周期紊乱及排卵情况,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with metformin entericcoated tablets+Shoushen Tiaojing decoction on obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:50 obese patients with PCOS were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 patients in each group.The treatment group received metformin enteric-coated tablets+Shoushen Tiaojing decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,while the control group received metformin enteric-coated tablets+Shoushen Tiaojing decoction orally.The ratio of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)to luteinizing hormone(LH),fasting blood glucose(FBG),testosterone(T),fasting insulin(FINS),and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.and recovery of menstruation after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of T,LH/FSH,FBG,FINS,and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The cycle ovulation rate of the treatment group was 61%higher than that of the control group 43%(P<0.05),there was a significant difference.The menstrual disorder recovery rate in the treatment group was 80.0%higher than that in the control group(68.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with metformin enteric-coated tablets+Shoushen Tiaojing decoction can improve serum sex hormone levels,insulin resistance and fasting blood sugar levels in obese patients with PCOS,improve menstrual cycle disorders and ovulation,and is worthy of clinical application.
