中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:拟通过此次研究探索中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法:将2019年7月—2021年12月间在武汉市第二中医医院收治的产后乳汁淤积产妇120名,按随机数表法分为对照组、产后康复治疗仪治疗组、中药热敷包治疗组、中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪治疗组4组,每组30例。记录患者在治疗前后乳房疼痛评分、乳房硬度评分、泌乳通畅度评分、乳房肿块大小评分,并进行统计分析,比较4组间的疗效差异。结果:对照组总有效率43.33%(13/30),产后康复治疗仪治疗组总有效率80.00%(24/30),中药热敷包治疗组总有效率83.33%(25/30),联合治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30),总疗效比较,可认为中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪对产后乳汁淤积更有效。结论:中药热敷包联合产后康复治疗仪治疗优于单用产后康复治疗仪或中药热敷包治疗,在改善乳房局部肿痛及肿块硬度、大小等方面,更具优势,疗效更佳,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress pack combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument on postpartum galactostasis through this study.Methods:120 puerperae with postpartum galactostasis admitted to Wuhan Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control group,postpartum rehabilitation therapy group,and traditional Chinese medicine hot pack treatment group according to the random number table method.4 groups,4 groups,30 cases in each group.The breast pain score,breast firmness score,lactation patency score,and breast lump size score of the patients before and after treatment were recorded,and statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences in efficacy among the four groups.Results:The total effective rate was 43.33%(13/30) in the control group,80.00%(24/30)in the postpartum rehabilitation therapy group,and 83.33%(25/30) in the Chinese medicine hot compress group.The total effective rate of the group was 93.33%(28/30).Compared with the total curative effect,it can be considered that the traditional Chinese medicine hot compress pack combined with the postpartum rehabilitation treatment device is more effective for postpartum galactostasis.Conclusion:The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy device is better than single use of postpartum rehabilitation therapy device or traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment.
