艾盐包热熨中脘穴对神经外科重症肠内营养患者胃残余量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾盐包热熨中脘穴对神经外科重症肠内营养患者胃残余量的影响。方法:收集2021年10月—2022年6月在义乌市某三乙医院神经外科病房就诊的重症并进行肠内营养患者72例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,即A组、B组,A组实施常规护理措施,B组在对照组的基础上应用艾盐包中脘穴热熨。统计2组患者胃内残余量、胃潴留发生率、呕吐发生率、误吸发生率、每日误吸发生次数、每日呕吐发生次数及满意度。结果:B组患者胃内残余量、每日呕吐发生次、每日误吸发生次数、胃潴留发生率、呕吐发生率、误吸发生率均显著低于A组,差异均具有统计学意义。B组护理满意度94.44%显著高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.293,P=0.022)。结论:艾盐包热熨中脘穴用于神经外科重症肠内营养患者,可以降低并发症发生率,且不增加胃残余量,值得推广与应用。Objective:To explore the effect of moxa-salt package hot ironing Zhongwan point on gastric residual volume in neurosurgery patients with severe enteral nutrition.Methods:From October 2021 to June 2022,72 critically ill patients who received enteral nutrition in the neurosurgery ward of a third-level hospital in Yiwu city were collected and divided into groups by random number table method,namely group A,group B,group A The control group received conventional nursing measures,and the group B received moxa-salt-packed hot ironing at the Zhongwan point on the basis of the control group.Gastric residual volume,incidence of gastric retention,incidence of vomiting,incidence of aspiration,daily frequency of aspiration,daily frequency of vomiting and satisfaction were collected between the two groups.Results:The gastric residual volume,daily vomiting,daily aspiration,gastric retention,vomiting,and aspiration in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant.The nursing satisfaction rate of group B was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.293,P=0.022).Conclusion:Moxa-salt-wrapped hot ironing at Zhongwan point can reduce the incidence of complications without increasing the gastric residual volume in neurosurgery patients with severe enteral nutrition,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
