穴位敷贴治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症及对血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:针对湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者应用穴位贴敷干预后其临床症状及血流动力学的变化情况进行探讨。方法:选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年5月—2022年10月所收治的湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者99例纳入至该项研究中,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组49例,观察组50例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上另外给予穴位敷贴干预。2组均干预21 d。比较相关指标。结果:与护理前比,护理后2组患者的主症积分、次症积分、总分、PI、RI、PSV、血清IL-2、IL-6、CRP水平均降低,而各项QLQ C-30评分均升高,观察组各项趋势较对照组均更为明显,数据差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论:湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者应用穴位贴敷干预后可有效减轻患者临床症状及炎症反应,并调节血流动力学,提高其生活质量。Objective:To investigate the changes of clinical symptoms and hemodynamics in patients with sequelae of damp-heat and blood-stasis pelvic inflammatory disease after acupoint application.Methods:99 patients with sequelae of damp-heat and blood-stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to October 2022 were included in this study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,including 49 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 21 d.The two groups of relevant indicators were compared.Results:Compared with before nursing,after nursing,the levels of main disease score,secondary disease score,total score,PI,RI,PSV,serum IL-2,IL-6 and CRP decreased,while all QLQ C-30 scores increased.The trends in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group,and the data differences were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response,regulate the hemodynamics and improve the quality of life of the patients with sequelae of damp-heat and blood-stasis pelvic inflammatory disease.
