燥湿化痰法治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是全球公共卫生的重点难题,虽然近年来手术、放化疗、靶向和生物治疗取得一定突破,但肿瘤患者的生存期和生活质量依然差强人意。中医对恶性肿瘤的认识由来已久,从中医角度看,“痰湿”是恶性肿瘤发病与进展的重要病理基础之一,燥湿化痰为治疗肿瘤重要方法。文章对近几年相关文献整理、分析,主要针对燥湿化痰法治疗恶性肿瘤的理论、临床及实验研究进行了综述。研究发现,燥湿化痰法在临床治疗恶性肿瘤中已有广泛应用,在肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、乳腺癌等多种癌种中得到疗效验证,可通过多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。但目前临床研究结果证据登记表较低,实验研究深度局限。在精准医学时代,燥湿化痰法治疗恶性肿瘤具有广阔的应用和研究前景。须加强燥湿化痰法治疗恶性肿瘤的规范化研究,以提高临床疗效;加大实验研究深度,探索更多微观机制。Malignant tumors are a major problem in global public health.Although some breakthroughs have been made in surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted and biological therapy in recent years,the survival period and quality of life of cancer patients are still unsatisfactory.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding malignant tumors.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,“phlegm dampness” is one of the important pathological bases for the onset and progression of malignant tumors,and drying dampness and resolving phlegm is an important method for treating tumors.This article sorts out and analyzes relevant literature in recent years,mainly focusing on the theoretical,clinical and experimental studies of the method of drying dampness and resolving phlegm in the treatment of malignant tumors.Studies have found that the method of drying dampness and resolving phlegm has been widely used in the clinical treatment of malignant tumors,and its efficacy has been verified in various cancers such as lung cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,and breast cancer,and it can exert anti-tumor effects through various mechanisms.However,the evidence registry of clinical research results is relatively low at present,and the depth of experimental research is limited.In the era of precision medicine,the method of drying dampness and resolving phlegm in the treatment of malignant tumors has broad application and research prospects.It is necessary to strengthen the standardized research on the treatment of malignant tumors with the method of drying dampness and resolving phlegm to improve the clinical efficacy;increase the depth of experimental research and explore more microscopic mechanisms.
