摘　　要：脑梗死是临床上神经内科常见的一种疾病,有着发病率,致残率,病死率高的特点,急性期的患者若得不到及时,有效的救治,不仅患者生活质量严重低下,也会给其家庭带来很大的经济负担。目前临床上采用的现代医学治疗方式有着医疗条件等限制,中医的中药方剂、针灸在治疗脑梗死急性期上方式多样,安全可靠。文章主要对近5年有关中医治疗脑梗死急性期的相关研究进行综述得出中医治疗适应症广,不良反应少,疗效确切的结论,同时也阐述目前相关研究之不足,今后的研究方向的重点,以期为今后临床治疗做参考。Cerebral infarction is a clinically common disease in neurology.It has the characteristics of high morbidity,disability and mortality.If the patients in the acute stage are not treated in time and effectively,not only the quality of life of the patients themselves will be severely reduced,will also bring a great economic burden to their families.At present,the modern medical treatment methods used clinically have limitations such as medical conditions.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and acupuncture are used in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in various ways,which are safe and reliable.This article mainly summarizes the relevant research on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,and draws the conclusion that Chinese medicine treatment has wide indications,few adverse reactions,and definite curative effect in order to be a reference for future clinical treatment.
